Travis Rae is the Contoller at Unified360. He is a seasoned accountant with approximately 7 years of industry and public practice experience. Before joining Unified 360, Travis worked with a big four national accounting firm and a regional accounting firm in the external audit group. During that time he was integrally involved in leading engagements of public companies from $3.8 billion in annual revenues to smaller private enterprises of $100 million in annual revenues. Travis gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Additionally, he has led engagements pertaining to corporate acquisitions, reverse mergers, restatements and benefit plan compliance.
Travis is a Certified Public Accountant with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. Travis currently resides in Frisco, Texas.
