Jeff is the Chief Operating Officer at Unified360. He is in charge of managing business relationships with key suppliers and ensuring that our products and services meet standards of quality and cost effectiveness.
A 25-year veteran of the communications industry, Jeff is experienced in start-up ventures for leading edge communication solutions. Prior to serving as President/CEO of CentricVoice he has served as Chairman and CEO of Netvoice Technologies, a public company and a Cisco Silver Partner. NetVoice offered a range of IP Voice solutions to Tier 1 carriers and enterprise customers. Under his guidance the company grew from a $75 million market cap to an excess of $1 billion in market valuation.
Prior to Netvoice, he was Vice President of Operations at Evercom, an industry consolidation of over 18 companies which provided secure communications and software solutions to law enforcement and correctional institutions. Jeff was in charge of systems integration, consolidation of operations of newly acquired companies, and carrier relations. Jeff was with the company from its inception and assisted in its growth to $250 million in annual revenue.
Before that, he served as CEO and President of Security Telecom Corporation, which he founded and was recognized as the 11th fastest growing private company in 1994. He acquired a software development company and developed a unique software to automate city, and county jails across the United States. He also sold a range of communications applications to these facilities as well. He partnered with two other companies to start a roll-up that later became Evercom, and has since changed their name to Secures-Net with annual revenues in excess of $450 million.
Prior to this Jeff had worked for different companies such as SBC and AT&T and founded a number of smaller start-ups in telecom and successfully sold each of them when they had reached maturity. Jeff has raised capital, managed sales organizations, finance and operations. He has directly purchased or assisted in purchase of over 34 telecom or software companies since 1993.
Jeff grew up on a Comanche reservation in Oklahoma as a child. At one point, Jeff had the 5th private company in Mexico and hopes to return south of the border for his retirement one day. He has 3 beautiful children, Travis, Tiffany and Trent all of whom he considers to be his greatest achievements. Jeff currently resides in Frisco, TX.
